This renovation in Milford involved a large addition and alterations to the existing home, transforming it into a contemporary take on Cape Cod aesthetics. The original four bedroom home was a typical kiwi weatherboard style, and has been recreated as an expansive family home with multiple, generous living spaces, including a two-bedroom guest suite over a new garage wing.

From the exterior through to the interiors, this home champions contemporary twists on tradition design aesthetics.
